Our 6 barrel brewery is situated in the town founders home, the Bailey House, on the same property as the restaurant and beer hall. A very historical building here in Julian, and a fairly unconventional space for a brewery, but it works well.
We have 18 + taps that are primarily reserved for our constantly rotating house beers. We brew all the classic styles that you would find in any California Beer Pub, but often stray away and brew special releases that represent the region of Julian.
At our brewery you will find saisons brewed with local sage, ales bittered with wild juniper branches, and other beers made with local honey, fruit, and herbs. We also brew a fresh hop beer every year with picking from our estate hops grown on our main property!
